(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop www.velanth.de .
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer places a binding order.
(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after submission.

§4 Prices & Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
(2) Plus shipping costs, which will be displayed during the order process.

§5 Delivery

(1) Deliveries within Germany are made via DHL/DPD.
(2) Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.
