Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VELANTH, 78224 Singen, E-Mail: info@velanth.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
